Electric Tire Prep Station
The
electric tire prep station is a new and revolutionary way to easily
grind and/or groove tires. Lightweight and easily moveable between
shop and race car trailer, it is a must have for all racing teams.
When used with the optional cart, it can be folded so that it takes
up very little space and allows for ease of transporting between
shop and race track. It can be used with either wide 5 or 5 x 5
wheels. The tire mounts to the station with a plate and one nut.
It has a variable speed motor that can rotate the tire in either
direction and is controlled with a foot pedal, leaving your hands
free for operating the grinding or grooving tool.
The electric tire prep station can be
permanently mounted in your shop or your race car trailer. Or the
optional cart can be purchased so you easily take your station with
you when you go to the race track. The station is height adjustable
when used with the cart. Also, optional leveling pads are available
for those not so smooth pit areas.
